1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will typically begin processing the next business day.

During peak seasons (festivals, sales, launches), processing may take longer; in such cases, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

These are estimates. Actual delivery may be faster or slower depending on external factors (weather, courier delays, customs).
3. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and chosen shipping speed.

We may offer free shipping on orders over a certain cart value (e.g., ₹X). Details will be visible on the site when the offer is active.

In case of a promotional free-shipping offer, if your order becomes ineligible (e.g. during returns or cancellations), shipping charges may be adjusted.
4. Shipping Restrictions & Limitations

Currently, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote pin codes.

Some products (due to size, weight, fragility) might not be eligible for expedited shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse orders to addresses in regions known for high risks or logistic complications.
5. Order Tracking & Shipment Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS with the courier name and tracking number.

Use the tracking number to monitor the package status on the courier’s website or app.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Shipments)

For international orders, the recipient (you) is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by your country.

Mawala is not liable for delays or extra costs caused by customs procedures.

7. Damages, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

Inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, missing items, or tampering, please refuse delivery or immediately record photos and notify us at info@meetee.in

For lost or severely delayed shipments (beyond reasonable timelines), contact us with your order number and tracking info. We will initiate an inquiry with the courier and, if eligible, will arrange a replacement or refund per our discretion.

Mawala’s liability is limited to the cost of the items (excluding shipping) unless otherwise required by law.
8. Returns & Exchanges Related to Shipping

If you are returning or exchanging an item, ensure it is securely packaged to avoid further damage in transit.

Depending on the return reason and your location, you may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or replacement within 3–5 business days.
9. Changes or Cancellation of Orders

You can request an order cancellation or address change within 12 hours of placing the order (before shipment).

If the order is already dispatched, amendments may not be possible. In such cases, follow our return policy once you receive it.
